Use of Service
EV Time is a vehicle marketplace platform that connects buyers and sellers with trusted service providers. We facilitate vehicle evaluations, documentation processing, and transaction coordination. EV Time LLC is not a dealership, bank, insurance company, or government agency.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or submitting forms.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not use EV Time for any unlawful purpose, to submit false or misleading information, to interfere with the platform's operation, or to attempt unauthorized access to any part of the service. Fraudulent submissions, spam, and automated abuse are strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
EV Time LLC provides the platform “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Vehicle evaluations are estimates and not guaranteed offers.
